Curriculum

The curricular resources listed here span grade levels and content areas. In the hopes of making the materials more accessible, they have been sorted according to a rudimentary categorization with topics such as “Introductory Materials,” “African Diaspora,” “Indigenous Knowledge and History,” “From Folk Arts to Performing Arts,” “Cultural Celebrations and Traditions,” “Geography and Place-Based Units,” “World History,” “Film Resources and Guides,” and “Literature Resources and Guides”; however, it is worth emphasizing that many of the materials are interdisciplinary and span multiple categories.

All are produced by CLASP member institutions and are available at no cost. Those materials that have been developed with the support of National Resource Center (NRC) funding from the U.S. Department of Education are denoted by an asterisk.
